If there is any champion that comes to mind when considering the aesthetics of Tron, it is our very own hex-tech augmented, laser spewing, glorious inventor. He already has a mask, a staff, and a long cape. An all white, minimalist ensemble is a nice breakaway from Viktor's complex and detailed skins. There is wonderful potential for suitably awesome spell-effects in Viktor's kit.

Power Transfer becomes a disk. Gravity field becomes a ring of pulsing, red lights (to enemies), and blue-white (to allies). Death Ray remains more or less the same aside from perhaps a color swap. Chaos Storm becomes a field of raining code.

Also, it would serve as a nice complement to iBlitzcrank.
