Rainy Day Fiora

I think this is a really good skin idea for Fiora, but it has nothing on that Chosen Fiora concept art (riot please make it happen.) Anyways Rainy Day Fiora is the skin we are talking about. Lets start with the look. I basically envision Mary Poppins when I think of this skin.

Player Model - Fiora carries a closed umbrella and is wearing a knee length, gray coat with black rain boots and gloves.

Abilities - Passive: Fiora’s clothes and hair sway roughly in the wind representing her healing regeneration. Q: Fiora’s umbrella opens up and catches the wind, “pulling” her towards her target. (particle effects debatable) She grabs the umbrella with both hand and has her feet planted in front of her as if she is trying to stop it. W: Fiora’s umbrella opens again, but it stays open until receiving damage from a basic attack. E: The aura that normally appears around her upon activation is replaced by gusts of wind and debris flying around her. R: As Fiora dashes around her enemies, the wind picks up and rain starts to pour down around her.

Other bits - Critical strike: Fiora slams her umbrella down on her enemy with both hands Recall: Fiora opens her umbrella and get pulled away into the wind. Voice: I think it should be changed to something British perhaps...just for this skin
