Champion Concept - Leila, The Forgotten Avatar
**Before I Continue, I would like to acknowledge the TV series Avatar the Last Airbender and the Legend of Korra for inspiring me to make this champion concept. And I'm a LoL Player from the Garena Servers in the PH :) so don't mind my low account in NA :)
Leila, The Forgotten Avatar
Overview:
Leila is a Mage who wields and control the power of all four elements to punish enemies with strong crowd control abilities and could possibly start or disrupt any team fights.
Abilities
Passive (Innate) Tailwind:
- Creates a trail of wind behind Leila that gives allies additional 2% / 4% / 6% / 8% movement speed and 5% / 10% / 15% / 20 % Attack Speed (Half for range champions) for 2.5 seconds. (for affected range champions their Basic Attacks are increased by 5% / 10% / 15% / 20%) @ lvl 1 / 6 / 11 / 16.
*Q (Toggle) Water Condension: * Mana: 10/10/15/15/25 mana per second. Cooldown: 2s
- When toggled: Gathers moisture from the air around Leila creating a slow zone slowing enemies by 3% / 5% / 7% / 10% / 15% for 1 seconds. Also empowers basic attack that deal an additional 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+75% AP), also creates a small splash damage in a cone behind the target dealing 50% of the bonus damage.
*W (Active) Earth Wall: * Mana 80. Cooldown 25/23/21/19/17s
- Creates an impassable terrain from the ground that knocks back everyone hit by it. Enemy champions hit will be dealt 30 / 50 / 80 / 120 / 150 (+60 % AP). This wall blocks all projectiles and last for 8 seconds.
*E (Active) Fire’s Blessing: * Mana 40/50/60/70/80. Cooldown 11/10/9/8/7s

If Target on an Ally: Allies targeted will gain an additional 10% / 15% / 20% / 30 % / 35% (+10% AP) Armor and Magic Resist for 5 seconds. During the duration, the target will gain a buff that deals 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+15% AP) to enemies near the targeted ally.

If Target on an Enemy: Enemies will have 50% reduce healing and reduces their Armor and Magic Resist by 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% for 5 seconds. And will damage nearby enemies by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+15% AP).
*R (Active) Avatar’s Awakening: * Mana 100/150/200 Cooldown 120/100/80s
- Empowers all of Leila’s Abilities for 15 seconds o Passive: +30% Movement speed on Leila, and effects of the tailwind to allies will increase by 100%. o Q: Toggled on will no longer cost mana for the duration. +20% Attack speed. Slow zone slow increased by 50%, and empowered basic attacks are increased by 100%. o W: Can now push or pull the summoned wall that will bring anyone with it. If enemies are hit, they will be knocked back to the targeted direction and are stunned for 0.5 seconds and slowed by 20% for 1.5 seconds and will deal 30 / 50 / 80 / 120 / 150 (+60 % AP) o E: increases all effects and damage by 100% and duration to 10 seconds.
Quick Summary:
Passive: The Passive is similar to a Kled's Ultimate, but it's not overpowered, since the movement speed buff is really minor somewhat the same as Janna's Passive. This also buffs the attack speed of allied champions. however the atk speed buff on range champions are half, but the tailwind would increase the basic attack damage of range champions (similar to arrows flying together with the wind to increase range and damage)
Q: Inspired by the TV Series Avatar, where a waterbender can manipulate the moisture in air to create water and use it to an advantage in times of fights. ofcourse if you hit someone with water, it would splash right? so there would be splash damage when the target is hit by the auto attack :) mehehe
W: Its typically standard. a wall... but not just an ordinary wall... its a combination of a Anivia's Ice wall and Yasuo's wind wall. because it's walls.. they are meant to stop projectiles like actual bullets in real life, also impassable since.. we are not ghosts (maybe if you use the summoner spell ghost, you might pass through this specific terrain XD) and since it pops out of the ground, then it would be a knock up for anyone standing on it. #Physics #Logic
E: It acts like a sunfire cape... thats it... but if you cast it on the enemy... the effect is opposite. but still acts like a sunfire cape.. the target wont get damage, but if the enemy decides to stay close with his friends. they the flaming aura will damage them XD haha you know... just to troll? or possibly make quick decisions and stuff... ermmmm
R: Its like the Avatar State.. where of course, all of the abilities are empowered... soooo nuff said XD.
anyways I hope you guys would like it :) and possibly Riot will approve this kind of concept. but of course i will expect some minor or big changes, but would still keep the idea of an elemental champion like this one. I tried making most of her skills unique from the other champions currently.
