I think I found a mix-up in the skin store; figured I'd post this image here/on the League of Legends twitter so Riot knows. I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong board ( I didn't know if this belonged here, in Gameplay & Balance or in Report a Bug ) but I figured it was better to make the issue known than for it to be not known at all.

Legendary is any skin with a Unique VO, including Champion Voice and Spell/Attack sounds. Surprise Party Fiddle and Primetime Draven both fall under this category **Regardless of their price.

Ill just point out the "bug" is that Draven and Fiddle aren't Legendary skins? I believe it is just a confusion about how they're categorized.
