I don't have any stats yet, as I don't know how to balance them. I just like making kits. The name is also kind of sketchy, haha!

Illuminy: The Illuminator of the Dark

Passive: Illuminate Illuminy has a heightened sense of sight. When he walks towards enemy champions in a certain range, they are revealed for 1 second. This can happen every 5 seconds per enemy champion. Illuminy does not have to be in sight of the enemy he is walking towards for Illuminate to proc.

Q: Blinding Light Illuminy marks a small area with a sun god’s image and quickly conjures sunlight. The sunlight impacts the area after 2.5/2.25/2/1.75/1.5 seconds, dealing damage. In the center, enemies are additionally blinded.

W: Synthesis Passive: By basic attacking, Illuminy marks his enemy champions with Illumination. Allies can trigger the mark by basic attacking, engrossing the opponent in light. The enemy champion that is engrossed in light is revealed for a short duration and their progress away from allies is slowed. Active: Illuminy targets one allied champion and uses the power of light to restore health and mana to the ally and to himself. Synthesis also marks the ally and Illuminy for 5 seconds with light, granting movement speed when enemy champions that are in sight walk towards the two.

E: Time Cycles (Day/Night) Passive: During daytime, he and all of his allies have bonus health regeneration and armor. During nighttime, he and all of his allies have bonus mana regeneration and magic resistance. Active: Illuminy toggles to the opposite time of day. Upon toggle, allies around Illuminy in a certain range become Illuminated and their sight is increased which decays over a duration.

R: Release the Fog Rooted, Illuminy creates a wave of light that flows from his bioluminescent appendages. As the light spreads outwards to cover the battlefield, the fog of war it reaches is revealed. Enemy champions that are revealed by the light become dazed, slowing them for two seconds. Enemies that are hit by the light when they are not in the fog of war are stunned for one second, but then slowed for another second. After the light reaches the edges of the battlefield, Illuminy becomes unrooted and the light slowly disappears starting from the source.

Sounds like an awesome idea! For the W, instead your allied champions should have increased movement speed and damage on the marked enemies, and only those buffs, in my opinion. And their AAs should be empowered with light and all shiny!
