I do not have lore, stats, scaling, or a splash art. I just have a kit. I will add these later if summoners enjoy the kit.

Passive: Touch of Salt Dealing damage to enemy champions marks them with Touch of Salt. While they are marked, they take increased damage from Croncoa, based on Croncoa’s level. This effect can stack up to three times.

Q: Waterlogged Soaks an area with water, dealing damage to enemies that are caught when it becomes soaked and then over 2 seconds. Enemies who enter the area become afflicted with a rapidly increasing slow, over one second, up to a cap. Allies in the area swim for up to one second, increasing their movement speed.

W: Salty Splash Splashes an area with salt water, dealing damage to enemies and leaving behind a salty puddle for one second. Allies that are splashed regenerate health quickly over one second. Due to the burning of salt water, enemies take damage and become blinded when they linger in the puddle. Allies that enter the puddle are cleansed by the salt, gaining tenacity while they are in the puddle.

E: Evaporation Passive: Whenever damage is dealt to an enemy champion near Croncoa (from any champion source), a stack of Vapor is bestowed upon Croncoa. Each champion can only grant a stack every couple of seconds.
Active: By activating Evaporation, up to thirty stacks of Vapor are pulled together for .5 seconds, sending a watery blast in the target direction, dealing damage to all enemies struck (the damage decreases by 10% for each enemy hit, down to a minimum of 60%). The damage the blast deals is based on how many stacks of Vapor are used for the attack, and at 10 stacks, the ability stuns the first enemy it hits. At 20 stacks, it deals bonus damage to champions. At 30 stacks, the damage does not decrease when it strikes through enemies.

R: Ice Age/Scald Ice Age has two parts. First cast: Croncoa traps heat energy in his reserve water, creating a blizzard that follows him around for up to six seconds. Enemies that enter the blizzard are slowed and take damage every second (the slow persists for .5 seconds after they leave the blizzard). After casting Ice Age, you can cast Scald for the remainder of the blizzard. If Scald is not cast by the time the blizzard ends or Croncoa dies, it is activated immediately. Second cast: Croncoa returns the heat of the area, sending out a blast of boiling water around him, dealing damage based on how much damage enemies took while inside of the blizzard. It also stuns enemies for a duration based on how long the blizzard was active. The longer the blizzard was active, the shorter the stun, down to .5 seconds and up to 2 seconds.

NOTES: 23rd Aug. - added champion concept 24th Aug. - reworked Evaporation and completely overhauled ultimate

Be aware Sejuani a more broken full of cc vhampion is coming CRONCOA! Seriously now, i think you should not give bonuses to his other abilities through ulti, he would be fine then. Overall it's a great concept imo and i would definately try him out. I want art, stats, damages and other details too!
