Champion Concept: Shun'Ra Ambassador of Shurima

When Azir Ressurected Shurima, and dragged its ruins from the Desert, He did not expect to bring with it, his most trusted Servant. Shun'Ra Returned with the city, Taking his place beside Azir as his guardian and ambassador. All those who threaten Azir, Shurima or the desert be warned. Shun' Ra is a timeless being, With ancient knowledge and control of the Dessert. He dispatches all who oppose him, or Shurima... without hesitation or mercy.
Appearance would coincide with other Shurima characters, and im thinking he would be an Owl, Or cat, something with elegance and grace in its movements, but still deadly when it hunts Is an AP bruiser, and runs on mana (hence owl =owls are smart) And is a melee champion
Passive: Shun'ra Applies a stack of shifting sands anytime he auto attacks an enemy or hits them with an ability. Shun'ra Gains 5 armour, 5 magic resist, and 5% movement speed for each stack of Shifting sands currently active. Each enemy can only have 1 stack of shifting sands active at a time. Stacks fall off every 8 seconds, unless refreshed by another ability or auto attack.
Q: Summon The Beast Shun'Ra summons a worm that circles him for 2/4/6 seconds and applies a stack of Shifting sands to any enemy unit or monster that comes within melee range. Activating his Q again sends out the worm in a straight line and does 75/125/175/225/275+(0.20ap) damage and applies a stack of shifting sands to any enemy or monster hit. If the worms hits an enemy champion that is affected by shifting sands, the champion is rooted for 1/1/1.5/1.5/2 seconds and refunds half the spells mana cost.
W: Shifting the Sands (think twisted advance) Shun'Ra dashes towards the cursor, leaving behind a trail that slowly returns to Shun'Ra. Shun'Ra stops If he collides with an enemy champion, and deals 50/110/170/230/290(+0.5Bonus attack damage) in physical Damage. Any unit he hits, or that passes through the trail has a stack of Shifting Sands applied to them.
E: Survival of the Fittest costs mana AND at least 3 stacks of shifting sands Shun'Ra consumes all Stacks of Shifting Sands currently active and gains the following effects: 3 stacks: 100% health regen (double if in combat) + (0.1ap%) -40% bonus Armor and Ap 5 stacks: 200% Health regen (double if in combat) + (0.1ap%) -20% bonus Armor and Ap 8 stacks: 300% health and 100% mana regen (double if in combat), + (0.1ap%) suffers no negative side effects. (these effects are based off of the abilities level being maxed, it would scale upwards as more points would put in)
R: Call Forth the Storm costs mana AND at least 6 stacks of shifting sands Each point in call of the storm increases the max number of Stacks champions can have on them by 1 (maxing at 3) Shun'Ra Consumes ALL available stacks of Shifting Sands And creates a Sand storm at the Cursors location, the size grows based on the number of stacks consumed. Enemies inside the storm have 1 stack of Shifting Sands applied to them every second, and it will not deteriorate while they are in the storm. The storm last for 4/5/6 seconds While in the storm, Shun'Ra Gains Double the bonus stats From Shifting Sands, as well as gaining Health, attack dmg, and Ap [(2.5% of max health/2% of bonus AD/2% of bonus AP%)(5% of max health/4% of bonus AD/4% of bonus AP%)(7.5% of max health/6% of bonus AD/6% of bonus AP%)] per stack of shifting sands. As well, The cooldown on Shifting the Sands is reduced by an additional 10/15/20% and Shun'Ra becomes Immune to Movement impairment or slows
