Proposition: Vote on archived skin ideas?

Hello there,

I was just thinking about how Riot MUST have some kind of filing system where they would keep ideas (skin's, champ's, w/e) that didn't make the cut, and I thought it would just be really cool if, on occasion, Riot pulled some of those old files out and allowed the community to vote on those archived skin idea's (or whatever). Let's face it, all a lot of us who do play regularly wish we could be more involved, and I have a note book of random champion/skin ideas. Or even if they're changing the way the minions look and are between a few different ideas, why not let us vote? I know they do voting systems for LCS to get us involved, so it should be possible right? I can understand there being an issue if the community had to decide on major decisions, and I honestly like the new champion's being a secret. Just throwing out an idea :)
