Miss Fortune autos bug?

So in may of my games lately when either one of my opponents, an ally or myself play there are times where she will auto attack either a minon, monster or champion, and the symbol for her passive will prock but no damage is done (it always seems to be random when this happens). Symbol appears to show passive is procked from auto, but no damage. I have seen it happen in a lot of my recent games and not just when I play her, I don't know think it's just me cause when I brought it up to another player they also said they noticed that happen but thought they were probably just wrong and brushed it off. I don't know, if this is just happening to a few of us but it's happened noticeably in a few of my games.
