(New Champion Concept) Winkle the Unlucky
Lore: Winkle is a Leprechaun that brings misfortune (not the Champ) on everyone he meets. You see Winkle actually wanted to become a doctor but was adopted and raised by evil clowns who wanted winkle to be a thug or a lawyer. After Winkle adamantly refused wanting to pursue his passion in medicine, the Evil Clown Posse could only think of 1 thing to do. They searched deep in their evil clown library and found a scroll containing an Evilfacation spell. However when they tried to cast the spell it missed hitting a giant poisonous mushroom. Winkle perplexed saw the giant mushroom come alive. Winkle had all the tools he needed to extract the poison from this mushroom and restrain it. Immediately after dealing with the mushroom however the Evil Clowns thought if they could get the mushroom to release spores than maybe they could indirectly transfer the curse. They fired an electric stingy bolt at the mushroom causing a mass release. However the stingy projectile combined with the pressure from the restraints, the lack of poison in the mushrooms system and the right amount of wind resistance caused a supersonic shockwave that launched the spores radically high. This mass release of spores touched his rainbow turning it Evil. A Leprechauns rainbow follows them everywhere and is a symbol of their luck.
Role: Winkle's only role is to create as much tilt as possible. To spread his bad luck to all his enemies. To cc not the champions but the players.
Passive: Leprechauns Laugh/Accursed Rainbow- Enemies within range of your passive hear your laugh it is also written in text form wriggling around the enemy. These are heard and seen whether or not they know where you are or not. If an enemy dies within range of this passive than your rainbow looms over them and rains down Mini Evil Leprechauns (this can only be seen by those that this passive is affecting). These MELs will rob the dead champion of [(.5)(your current level)(10% of enemy gold)+25] worth of gold and [(15% of enemy XP)+30] worth of XP and throws them (the loot) off the edge of the map. This passive CANT delevel or reduce gold below 0.
Q: Magimug- a skill shot that deals 10/20/40/80/160+10/10/15/15/20%AP+10/15/15/15/20%AD worth of magic damage. When hit the enemy drops 10% of their gold randomly on the ground in the form of 5 equally proportional in worth pieces. These coins disappear in 5 seconds if not picked up. These coins can be picked up by any champion ally or enemy. If a champ picked it up they get the gold.
W: Passive- Quick Step- when walking in rivers (if map doesn’t have one then one forms in the middle of the map) Winkle gains a movement speed multiplier of 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5.
- Active- Rainbows Curse- can only be used when in a river. Covers the river in fog blurring the vision of the river for all enemies as well as revealing and disabling wards in the river. Lasts for 4/6/8/10/12 seconds. Cooldown is 300 seconds.
E: Memory Chips- a tether attaches to an enemy draining them of 20/25/30/35/40% of their XP and dealing 10/20/30/40/50 magic damage over 3.5 seconds. Stops draining if they leave your range. The XP you drained when your ability is finished (by time or by leaving its range) is spawned directly in front of winkle as poker chips. The champion whose XP was drained is the only champion who can pick up the chips to regain their XP. However if they don’t pick up the chips within 8 seconds then the XP is yours.
R: Gold Cursed Touch- must be an ally nearby to use this. Cast a channel on a nearby ally for 3 seconds. After you are done channeling you instantly warp back to base and the enemy that you channeled gains a gold cursed touch buff. Any enemy that has directly or indirectly dealt damage to either you or the ally you marked within the last 8 seconds explodes. These explosions deal 50+(50%AP*the number of dead allies near the marked ally) worth of AoE magic damage. Surviving enemies are turned to gold for 8/10/12 seconds. Gold cursed touch buff ends when gold debuff ends.
- Gold Effect- enemies are slowed by 50% and grant 10% more gold and XP if killed by the buffed ally.
- Gold Cursed Touch Buff- If ally is killed by the enemies in gold then the enemies that killed or assisted in doing so lose gold and XP equal to how much they would have gained from killing both Winkle and the ally. This gold and XP is giving to the buffed ally. +20 movement speed + 20% attack speed. This ability CANT delevel or reduce gold below 0.
