Slay Belle Cassiopeia [OC] [Resubmission]

**This is a skin concept I made and posted two years ago. ** I only intend to show my concept to new faces, in hopes our snake friend gets a playful skin in time for the winter holidays. I realize body proportions are off, but lack the time to redo the work.

As a wintery twist on Cassiopeia, our snake lady is seen with a giant striped sock, antlers, Santa coat, slay bells, and holiday-colored hair. Thematically it works with her sister, Katarina's Slay Belle skin.

Auto Attacks: ...Candy cane striped ribbons with subtle snow particles following. Q and W:...........Snowy particles with blue tinges. W may be darker as for clearer animation. E: ......................As opposed to snake fangs, candy cane shards! ...in a twirl of wind and snow! R: ......................A blizzard of snow and wind. As a nice touch, add candy cane striped ribbons to burst out like confetti.

Death: ..............Leave her giant sock behind along with the large green ribbon. A small animation could be made of the tail poofing to emptiness, wiggling and ringing her tail bell. Her taunt may also be changed to wiggle and ring her bell like a rattlesnake, while crawling along the ground. Recall ...............She dashes around, collecting pieces of wrapping paper to hastily stick onto herself, finishing with a bow to disappear in a poof of snow particles.
