Frostfang Cassiopeia

TL;DR Winter Cassiopeia with fancy particles and poro earmuffs!

I chose to do a spinoff of Frostfire Annie, but instead do an alternative pun of Frost_fang_ Cassiopeia. All of her abilities would be reanimated to fit the snow theme, her poisons having nice little snow particles floating around. Twin fangs would instead be a pair of icicles, and petrifying gaze would be a brief blizzard of blue and snow.

This skin brings Cassiopeia some youth and beauty, of which were previously cursed away. She becomes playful with her colored hair, and one cannot forget to note her awesome pair of poro earmuffs (may need to zoom in).

An alternative name could be Snow Day Cassiopeia with how much playfulness is thrown into her usually morbid character, but then we'd be missing out on the fantastic pun. However, if sharing the name of an item is not desired, the name could be changed.
