Ability to Drag Mastery and Rune Pages

Mastery and rune pages are great except for not being able to drag your sets around into different orders. It would help me a lot so I could prioritize my champion mains that come and go without having to delete and remake every set. At least item sets are alphabetical.

I'm honestly baffled I still cannot do this... Thanks for any replies!
