I'm also a big fan of Hextech skins, and I think Elise has a lot of potential for something like this! I love the spiderlings in these concepts!
If Hextech = Steampunk, then we need more Hextech skins.

Yes please, I've ALWAYS loved the hextech skins but they aren't on ANY character that I like to play.
I also have my own interpretation of the skin, maybe I should sketch it up.

This is amazing! Love the glass spiderlings as well. You could make her wear the glasses instead or perhaps give the glasses 2 extra 'circles' to make it seem like she has more eyes to be more spiderlike. Fits perfectly with Hextech IMO, could still work for mad scientist as well. The artist certainly did a great job!
