Dragon master Swain
With Swain being considered over powered his play rate went up, now would be a perfect time to push for the dragon master Swain skin.

Side note Swain hasn't gotten a skin in over 4 years.

Swain's been slated for a full, big boy Sion-level rework as far as I know.
Riot's probably not going to release DM Swain until after the rework. They also confirmed if/when DM Swain comes out, it won't be in 2016, sad to say.
I like count swain but this would be cool as well maybe they should make both skins and sell them as a bundle

I think that everyone would agree this skin is awesome, and definitely swain play rates and purchases would go up with the release of such a legendary skin, it would be one of the best skins in the game!
even if he gets a rework, or when he gets the rework this skin HAS to be made!!! cancelling this skin is just a no no, just cant be, shelved for while until after the rework is almost acceptable, as long as that rework comes soon!
ps in my mind he doesn't need a major rework, maybe a visual update, but not a full on kit rework
