Why does low elo need autofill if most of the players are in bronze/silver/gold ?

Because no matter how many players there are, they still aren't queueing up in the right ratios for everyone to get their wanted roles.
i know no one sees it now... all the see is the dodges and people playing bad or trolling due to autofill but in the big picture by having to learn and play all roles it will improve the over all gameplay across the game... because everyone will know how play n understand all roles and the dynamics that come along with those roles.
is this guy stupid or dumb?
