Sahdi, The Swamp Witch

Role: Tank / Support Sub-Role: Top

[Passive] Poppets of HooDoo and VooDoo

Sahdi's abilities do not benefit directly from AP or AD. Instead, she unlocks her potential by collecting taglocks dropped on the field by both Ally and Enemy Champion when they use a spell or ability.

When a champion uses any spell or ability they have a chance of dropping a taglock. Each Taglock permanently increases her VooDoo or HooDoo depending on if it was dropped by either an Enemy or Ally respectively.

A taglock will only drop if the enemy or ally is within 1900-range of Sahdi. Taglocks are visible ot allies, and are only visible to the enemy as long as they have vision of Sahdi. Taglocks disappear if not picked up after 6 seconds.

Sahdi generates a Poppet, and can carry up to 5 at a time.

Using an ability will activate a global cooldown of 4 seconds across all 3 abilities. With no Poppets available to use, Q W E will remain inactive.

[Q] Curse of Seams:

Sahdi throws a poppet in a straight line. The poppet explodes on the first enemy hit doing 40/80/120/200 magic damage in a 180 radius and reducing magic resist by (.25 per 1 VooDoo). An increasing magic resist of allies hit by (.25 per 1 HooDoo). If the Poppet does not make contact it will remain at it's final destination for 3/6/8/10 seconds before exploding. Any enemy or neutral target the come in contact with it will activate it. An unexploded poppet will grant vision to the 220 radius. If it collides with another poppet the radius is doubled and a 30% slow is applied to affected enemies. If it collides with terrain, it will stick to it until it is activated.

[W] Curse of Presence:

Sahdi drops a poppet on the ground, that arms after 1 seconds. Will remain on the ground until either an ally or enemy comes within 220 radius. When moving away from the poppet, enemies will be slowed by 8/10/14/18/25% (+1% per VooDoo). Remains for 20 seconds but can be attacked and killed after 5 hits.

[E] Needle of Mercy:

Sahdi throws a poppet on the ground that activates after 1 second. An ally can activate the Poppet to Bind it. For 3/5/7/9/11 seconds they will carry the poppet which will cause all damage to be shared between them. While active both Sahdi and the Ally receive a boost to armor and magic resist (+.5 per HooDoo).

[R] Grimoire of the Unescapeable:

When activated all enemies will be pulled towards the nearest surviving poppet 400 units regardless of their location on the map.(can be pulled through small terrain) (Unexploded Curse of Seams. Surviving Curse of Presence. Unused Needles of Mercy.) All Surviving poppets become animated and will roam the vacinity. Chasing any Ally or Enemy that comes within 220. And gain the "Unescapable" attribute and all animated poppet cooldown timers are set to 180 seconds. (cooldown 160 / 120 / 80 seconds)

Animated Poppets will lock onto the first enemy to come within 220 range, and will continue to chase them untilt hey are destroyed.

Allies coming in contact with animated Poppets will receive a heal of 30/40/50 (+1 per HooDoo). Enemies or Allies coming in contact with animated Poppets will receive damage 100/200/300 (+1 per VooDoo).

(Hovering over the R ability, will show an arrow showing the distance and direction a champion will be pulled when activated.)

Weaknesses:

  • She can't build outright damage through AP making many items less useful, while other items more useful. She has very little CC pre-6. And that CC is a chaotic burst of displacement. Well placed poppets can catch enemies off guard or save allies from a distance.
  • She has no escapes.

Strengths:

  • Building power with taglocks makes gold less necessary for power
  • Lots of build in vision. Using her poppets effectively she can generate a large amount of vision. That vision however is largely temporary, and easy to extinguish.

Strategies:

  • She's not an out right damage dealer. Build Tanky to allow you to survive fights, absorbe damage, and collect taglocks that will increase your affectiveness in teamfights.
  • Although she's fairly weak up front, every time she survives a fight her power is significantly increased whens he's allowed to collect the taglocks dropped.
  • Once she has several poppets on the field she can become difficult to manage. Eliminate the poppets as soon as you can so she has to use her charges to replace them.
