Nice painting, though I'm not much of a painter myself, but the balance and theme to me seems off.
From what I can understand, it's a painting of karthus striking fear on the inhabitants of bildgewater yet why is the picture so bright? To me it honestly looks like the people holding the candles in the background are like saviours just the way it was colored. I suck at balancing contrast whenever I decide to draw, but I would somehow (if only I was good enough) make the background have more shadows to strike an eerie theme rather than bright blue and white that's almost blinding.
Nevertheless good work, if I ever tried painting that I'd be stuck days trying to get the nice tone for shades and days trying to get a nice body figure, cause if there's ever even the slightest amount of pain that goes over the lines, I would continually try to cover it up until it looks nice XD
