An ultimate(ly difficult) skin for Zac

This would probably be an ultimate level skin, considering the amount of coding it would take on top of the regular pile of zac coding, but I think an interesting skin for Zac would be one that plays off his identity as a blob. Would a skin that shows his purchased Items inside of him, floating around, be possible? I for one think it would look really cool, and would be a unique skin for an extremely unique champion.
