Pau, The Scryer

A gnarly looking woman, she carries around a satchel that contains her things (globe, whip, etc) and her main weapon is a whip made of bones. (She's a scryer..) AP Mid.

[Passive] Sight Searing: Pau carries 2 Globes with her at all times. Pau may expend a globe (rechargeable, but long cd) to leave it somewhere on the map. If an enemy champion comes within ___ units of it, the globe will reveal and follow said champion for 5 seconds.

Q: Breath: Pau conjures a mist in an arc in front of her which saturates enemy champions and monsters, slowing them by 15% and damaging over time.

W: Oracle's Chance: Passive: Grants move speed Active: Pau assumes a defensive position, if struck by enemy damage within 3 seconds, Pau is granted a burst of speed equal to that of the passive's ranking.

E: Bone lash: Pau strikes with her Bone Whip dealing damage. (If enemy is under the effects of Breath, her target takes 25% Increased damage from Bone Lash.)

R: Hindsight: When Pau Activates Hindsight, she will be granted the last Ultimate ability cast by either friend or foe, and will have 10 seconds to use her newly acquired ult.
