An idea for a tank hybrid item ( etc.) which should fill the missing gap.

Statistics +30 Attack Damage +45 Ability Power +45 Armor +45 Magic Resistance Unique Passive – Lifeline (melee only): Upon taking [magic?] damage that would reduce health below 30%, grants a shield that absorbs 165 – 420 damage for 5 seconds, also gaining +20 Attack Damage and +30 Ability Power (90 second cooldown).
