Goodbye teemo

Agreed, Teemo needs buffs. This is even worse for him than spirit visage rush, and spirit visage rush already denied him all his early game potential.

Like come on, everyone who complains about Teemo says his laning is too strong, but if you look at his winrate over game time charts he looks like a lategame scaling champion - and he often plays like one.

Wow, his E is less annoying by 12%, his basic attacks are still unaffected. Not like it's still annoying as hell when you get poked 100 times with auto attacks.

Tanks need a strong item for vs dps mages, but Randuins is nerfed and even old Randuins wont do half as much vs an adc as this will vs dps mage.

its a sad day for teemo edit: ow btw as far as i know E is an onhit effect and not a spell. your shrooms will do zero damage though (they already did but o well)

I could be wrong, but I don't think it effects the poison damage. Later in the patch notes, in the update it reads:

CAN’T SAP THIS MAGIC Seastone Trident’s damage-over-time ticks, including the initial application, no longer count as spell hits (matching similar persistent effects like Teemo’s Toxic Shot)

The way it seems to me is that it is not counted as a spell when the poison procs. Q would be affected, but not the E. Likewise R would only be affected if you walked on multiple shrooms in a short space of time.
