[Champion Concept] The Unseen Death (rough concept)
A sniper of many stories but has never been seen, choosing targets he feels requiring judgement.
Ranged assassin, "support", carry Top lane Requires a lot of set up to do high damage
Passive: Unknown Assalent Will do an additional 1% damage for every 10 units for the target when unseen
Q: No scope Fires a Projectile that deals base + .5 AD +1% every 10 units the projectile travels. Terrain stops the bullet. This ability will reveal him to near by enemies (Can get lucky top to bot kill shots. just dont hit minions in mid!)
W: Ammo Swaps Between ammo types. Will lock in after 1 second and force a 3 second CD on basic attacks and Q as he loads the new rounds. Has a 5 second CD Piercing - Basic attacks and Q will travel an additional 500 units or first enemy hit for .5 the damage dealt to the original target Explosive - Basic attacks and Q create an explosion upon impact with a radius of 250 and can apply on hit effects Hollow point - Basic attacks and Q cause the target to bleed an additional 10% damage dealt over 5 seconds
E: Scope out Reveals a 2.5* arc in target direction that reaches across the map for 2 seconds. Enemies seen are not notified that they are
R: Judge, Jury, Executioner Like Q but ignores terrain and travels 3x as fast and deals ((base + ad + 1% every 10 units) / 1 per 500 hp the target has (or .002 per 1 hp). I.E. little damage to high hp tanks and tons to no hp carries. very long cd (300?)
