Skin Theme Concept: Order Of The Duck

Alright so this is more or less a pop culture thing. You know how a fair amount of youtubers use that quack sound when they kill something or screw up or anything noteworthy? Well basically any champ using this theme is gonna have a goofy uniform on with some kind of duck symbol and when they attack with they're signature ability (or auto in others cases) they do a quack. Thats pretty much the full criteria i demand of it. Any champs really could use it but some come to mind for me already:
