Rewards at the end of each season for Gold+, I want to climb through Silver to get there largely in part due to how badly I'd the skin that'll be released (Oh if only I were playing when Victorious 
was out) so is there any clue as to who it'll be? Jinx, Seju, Zed or the like?
The most played champion in solo que i believe is how it is determined. OR most used champion in competitive may be it.
Victorious skins are given to a champion that made an impact in their respective seasons. There's a reason each champs, 
, got their own victorious skin. For this season, I'm guessing it'll be a tank champion, I bet my money on 
, since tank jungling has made a comeback thanks to Cinderhulk.
