17-08-2014 I took PolarBearPrice's advice and tweaked the ultimate and E Added "Passive: Max gains extra range" to Max's W Changed Passive Out There: "Max gains 4 extra range per level" to "Max gains mana whenever he spots an enemy in brush"

got to keep theirs(for now possibly) because there's room for error, such as Call of the Void can be dodged entirely or Dark Wind could hit nothing but minions if you're really unlucky. You may have to find another use for Crazy Idea. Also, even if it was allowed, a 3 second silence is incredibly powerful even without it doing no damage. Then to be able to be silenced again for 5? Imagine being unable to cast spells for a full 8 seconds. A lot can happen in that time. I do like that you added that he silences himself for 3 so that it wouldn't have too much power.
's ult by 1 second. You should probably lower the percent of damage dealt back as well, as 60% at rank 1 might be a little terrifying once he hits 6. 40/50/60% damage dealt back could work a little better.
's passive but on a much lesser scale? That's 72 extra range at lvl 18, correct?
