An update to the Rune system
It's a little idea that I had a while back that came about because every tree offers something diffrent but at heart are all about damage at the end of the day. So how about Riot specializes each tree? Runes would still be similar to how they are now to avoid a massive overhaul of the system, again, but this time be more focused than "These trees give you damage, these trees give you damage plus stats, this tree let's you do random stuff but also gives damage"
Hav Domination focus on providing added physical and burst damage, Sorcery give magic and DoT damage, Precision provide attack speed and true damage, Resolve give resistances and hp with Inspiration adding in wacky random effects on top of giving CDR. Basically hav each branch dedicated to one or two specific aspects of play but allow players to mix and match them.
