I have a good idea. Instead of only having 3 refund tokens forever, why not give us 3 refund tokens every time a new season starts!?! But, you have a limit of 3; so if you already have 3, 2 or 1 (probably impossible) you do not get anymore. I have made very stupid buys (example: Bard bundle... so much rp wasted and cant get it back :'( .....). Tell me what you guys think and hopefully Riot will take action! :)

Honestly, in the past, having more refund tokens wasn't a thing I cared for. But after Riots new refund policy, I think they should give us Refund Tokens at the start of each new season because of the immense changes to champions and roles. In the past if Riot changed a champion in any significant way, even if it was removing just a slow, you could send a ticket in a get a refund on the champion, and the skins you own for them - or even just the champion, and still own the skin to be used for future purchase of the champion. I once had gotten a Refund on an Anivia skin because after the slight Visual Texture update, the gold armor seemed to yellow-ish and looked more like Lego Blocks than Armor. Now, I can't refund Soraka (Or any of the Three Skins I own for her) after her significant Visual Update, and multiple Kit Hauls. Riots reasoning? They gave me enough warning time. Bullshit. I bought Soraka and her Divine Skin before her Visual Update - she was the second champion I bought, after Akali. Then, I bought her Celestine Skin after her Visual Update, but before her Kit Update (WHICH I HATE.). When Riot redid her Kit, I no longer enjoyed playing her (I play her from time to time, now. And usually regret it.) When I contacted them, they said they could not do anything because I had enough warning time. If I got bonus Tokens at the beginning of each new season, I would totally refund Celestine Soraka. I joined when Zyra was released. When I got my three Tokens, I originally refunded Zyra, Cassiopeia, and Yorick ( I repurchased all of them and own skins for most of them.) The game has changed immensely since Zyra was released. If I knew Cassiopeia was going to become a powerhouse, I wouldn't of refunded her. If I knew LeBlanc was going to be nerfed into the ground, maybe I would of refunded her and the skins I own for her. If Riot is going to keep changing the game and champions, they need to give us a way to refund things they change that we don't like - It costs them nothing; otherwise, Riot has to stop changing everything.
TL;DR - Riot changes champions and roles immensely, doesn't allow refunds via contacting costumer support anymore. Should make up for it via 3 Refund Tokens that are given out to each summoner at the beginning of the new season.
