Garen Bug

Ok... I was just playing a game with Garen using the Dread knight skin. I decided to buy the ravenous hydra. So, I use Garen's E which is Judgment and activate Ravenous Hydra's active and when I move my spin speed is doubled and I get to auto attack while spinning all at the same time!!!!! You got to fix this :). By the way, this is the first time I find out.
