New seasons in ranked

Ive had this idea for a long time now. Ive been stuck in bromze for God knows how long and cant get out. I always seem to tun into trolls. Anyways, I thought that it would be a good idea to be able to what what division you want to go in at the begining of each season. Let me explain; so, say you are in bronze 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 when the season ended. For your promos for the new season, you would be able to chose from bronze, silver or gold and "trie out" for that divison. If you do well enough, you will get placed in gold. If not too well, then in silver. And if terrible, then in bronze. If you finished last season in silver, then you can pick from silver, gold or plat and so on until challenger. This will bring something really interesting into league and people that are in bronze and dont deserve to be in the will finally have a chance in getting out. This will be really thankfull if you consider this idea Riot. Thanks
