my very own mordekaiser rework

Passive - Powerslave mordekaiser does not have any mana , instead he has a soul collector. every time a unit die nearby, it fills back a little his collector of a percentage. when mordekaiser kills a unit he permanently increase the size of his jauge. 4% souls per enemy nearby dying, 80% recovered on enemy champion dying nearby.

Q - Master of puppets (5% soul per champion hit) 8 seconds cooldown Mordekaiser charges his weapon empowering his next attack within 6 secs for 5/10/20/40/80 (+0.5 damage per powerslave stack) as bonus ad damages If mordekaiser kill his target, his weapon is re-empowered. mordekaiser can use the spell if he has no souls , but if he hits an enemy champion ,the hey are not going to receive any powerslave bonus damages

W - Creeping death (10% souls) 12/11/10/9/8 seconds cooldown Morderkaiser summons a black mist arrow that transform into a misty vortex at the pointed location. Any non champion unit hit by the vortex is feared any unit in the mist is nearsighted. mordekaiser run faster toward the portal the black mist inflict 30/45/60/75/90 (+30%Ability Power)

E - Symphony of Destruction (2.5~50% souls) 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Mordekaiser charge a zone (as galio's taunt) for 3 seconds the longer he charges, the harder he hits. if Mordekaiser Kill an enemy champion with this spell , the cooldown is refunded and charge time divided by 2 Damages : 10/20/30/40/50 + (20% AP) +(all charged souls)

R - Kill The King (100% of remaining souls, the percentage is the most important part) Mordekaiser swing his sword and send a soul projectile straight forward after a short cast time, (imagine an urgot ultimate) when the projectile touches an enemy it transform into a ghost that has X% hp of the target, x being the percentage of max souls mordekaiser used (IE morde has 100 max soul , but only had 79 left once he used the spell, therefore the gost is gonna have 79% of target max hp) The enemy cursed cannot hit the ghost,
if the enemy dies before the ghost dies, mordekaiser get a ghost that has the same stat as the enemy that just died. the ghost cannot regenerate HP but is otherwise permanent until another is summoned.
#optional : if mordekaiser dies, the ghost disappear and for each % of hp remaining, he heal back mordekaiser of that amount. + add a % of soul. and teleport mordekaiser to the ghost location. (the mordekaiser story made me think of this)
Why this rework,
well i though of mordekaiser as a ruler, but also kinda like the opposite of yorick, where yorick uses dead body , mordekaiser uses their souls where yorick uses angry ghouls, morde uses softened souls
Also , he has a clear strength : he is a stacking champion but he is forced to farm. when it ends , he is not hard to counter , but if you are not careful , he has the ability to BURST down your team in a single row.
on the other hand , to play against kite and cc , he has to play well around his w to blind enemy and run toward them
morde keeps his "i can burst your team with ease" identity while getting more tools (a cc and a movement speed buff) I believe this is a healthy kit since it's easy to balance him because his weaknesses are clear. he has damages , but almost no mobility and little cc. to survive he HAS to be smart with his moves.
