Bringing back traditional skins

As of late, there seems to be a whole lot of reworks going on. While the new kits seem relatively fine to me. Its the new models that I find very disappointing, but that is be expected with any change. Some will like it, and others will not.

I think traditional skins is a good middle ground between those who like the new reworks, and those who don't. Its not as if traditional skins dont exist, League already has several traditional skins so its really not an impossible task
