Buff and Debuff location

I just played a little PBE, and I noticed that all the buffs and debuffs now show up just above the character portrait. At first I didn't really think much of it, but then they started to just pile up. It was pretty hard to keep track of them since now i have to go out of my way to view them. Also, I have my chat bar in the default location since ive started playing lol, and now all the buffs/debuffs are in the exact same place. When the chat stats to get busy, its near impossible to see. I was hoping that there would be an an option to change the position of the buffs and whatnot, but I couldn't find anything. I feel like riot should at least include that sort of option in the interface menu. I would be much more convenient. does anyone else feel the same way?
