Quick question for RITO and DJSona

Im just wee bit curious about DJ Sona. Is she going to be the regular ultimate skin? Or is it going to be handled like spirit guard udyr, where it was on sale during the initial release? Im trying to gage just how much I am going to hate myself ....me and my poor POOR wallet ;_; RITO PLS
