A simple rework Leave the Passive, Q and W as is. Move Noxious Trap to E along with the current passive. Reduce Mushroom damage, of course. New R : "Code of Honor" -- Doubles Teemo's size, adds Health and Armor & Magic Resist [these scale], doubles Poison damage from Toxic Shot and Mushrooms. Flat 5 secs duration.

Cotten Eyed Joe1 votesTeemo's kit currently revolves around E. Without it, he's useless af. It's his only real harass tool. Q is too good of a skill to be used as a harass, mushrooms are too predictable. No amount of buffs would fix teemo if his E gets removed.

Also, how is this new ult have any use at all? A 5 sec duration of a gargoyle's is your solution to teemo? It's completely useless as it increases damage for one of his abilities, and teemo doubling in size doesn't do much other than simply add to his hitbox. It's stupid

Not removing E...just adding Mushrooms also into that to leave room for a new R. Increases size is just cosmetic, not to increase hitbox. It's like Lulu's R. It will be just for looks. Teemo needs to sustain in team fights. So adding the HP, Armor, MR is helpful. Doubling poison damage...how is this useless?
