Purrengar

You know, there was a lot of suggestion that Rengar should shake his butt when in brush and a prey came nearby. I thought that it is sick idea, but it does not suit Rengar's theme. So I got this idea, let's make him a cute skin. I call it Purrengar, when jumping on a prey, he goes "MEOW!"

Does anyone have a suggestion what to do with his knife?
