System that would be Great for Noobs with no League-Friends.

Ok, so most Bronze 5 level players I have talked to, have told me how they started playing league by themselves and kinda taught themselves how to play. They never had anyone tell them the ol' what's what, so they are stuck low bronze.

Solution: implement a system into the client where people can opt into "Noob Finder/Veteran Finder." Let me go into detail: This would be a COMPLETELY OPTIONAL choice for all players eligible. So in the league client, it would pair 2 players together. One experienced (like Gold rank or higher to make sure the vet knows what they are talking about) with a player under level 20. This would serve 2 purposes.

  1. It would give lower level players who are going into League alone someone to help them understand the game
  2. help create some connections/friends within the league community for the new player as well.

It's sad that some players are stuck in super low elo simply because they never had anyone to show them the ropes, and i think it would be cool to give these players an opportunity to actually learn the game.

Seems like it could be a good idea, however one of the biggest problems I have found when doing this with friends who wanted to try is that it changes the game MMR for the team and that can be detrimental to learning the game, plus a lot of higher elo players make smurf accounts and that's not even taking into account the toxic players that have multiple accounts.

I'd rename it the mentor system or something, but what if we replace the bot games in the beginning with a special mentor queue? Veteran players earn extra rewards for doing it, and new players get to learn without hurting regular games.
