reroll 3 already owned champs for random one

so what about making it so people can re-roll 3 champs that they already own that they have shards for into a random champ, one that can be one already owned or unowned, at least for anyone past level 30? maybe 40? because 90% of the time I am getting champs I already own from the capsules, and all I do is disenchant them, but imo it would be more worthwhile to re-roll 3 of them into a new random champ shad, not perm shard, and have it still pull from every possible champ idk if this could work, or something else similar

It's a solid idea, and I like the theory of it. There would have to be a tier-based trading system on it though. For example, it would be disadvantageous to Riot if we could take like Ashe, Yi, and Nunu (all worth like MAYBE 90 blue essence), and re-roll them and get Quinn or Xayah (much higher blue essence value). After a while you will have collected all the lower-value champs and your only real choice would be to just disenchant them, but then we're just back to where we are now, no real harm done.

but at the same time you can always make a system that makes it so you can combine more then 3 champs, for instance, to get say Xayah or Quinn, you'd need 4-5 lower cost champ instead of 3. while champs of about the same value or higher would still take 3. I just find that all I am getting from capsules are champs I already have and it's very slow going getting blue essence compared to IP even with the disenchanting, it seems like you gain less from even winning games then you used too.
