I feel like it would just be smurfs who could really abuse it. And there could always be more restrictions too, like for instance, maybe 10 games at most with a champion? Or maybe winning 10 games with said champion with a positive score. Etc Etc. Obviously it's impossible to stop people abusing it fully. But we already have smurfs in Normal Queue anyway, if anything, theres always the option of adding in a specific type of report button for that queue that lets people report players who are obvious smurfs playing in the "learn a champ" queue. but even then, still gonna be abused. But I think the benefits out weigh the cons honestly. Also, anyone playing in that queue, wouldn't necessarily care if they lost anyway. I mean I wouldn't, I'd almost expect to lose learning to play someone new. Anyone smurfing in that queue, would probably be doing it just to be a complete A and to make themselves feel better. idk, I just think most smurfs would avoid it. and any other kind of abuse would kinda be pointless honestly. The queue wouldn't give you Tokens, as you can't even play a champ that you have even a level 1 on. and even if you somehow could get a champ in there with a level 5 or 6 mastery, Riot can just say "nope, no tokens from this queue." Maybe even no XP, since it's purely meant for basically testing a new champ against players. Practice tool only goes so far for trying a new champ, same with Co-OP. Honestly, I think more champions might even start being played more often if a queue like this existed, League would get more diverse, which I think would be great.
