BOTS CAN HAVE ATMAS??!!

i just found out that bots can still get Atmas Impaler on Twisted Treeline (and possibly Runic Shield too?)
I have a screenshot here to prove that a Garen Bot had Atmas on TT

This has been around for awhile now. The bots don't use the shop like normal, and I would assume they are programed to "add X item to inventory, remove Y gold" Did the item still grant the stat boosts?
isnt it called Lord Van Dams impaler tho?
