Champion Concept: Marek - The Warcaller
Shoutout to your dad (errr…my dad??? "This Is Your Dad") for the basis of this concept of a man whose very presence raises the morale of his allies to commit to any challenge. Though he was inspired by Demacia in this (specifically JIV flag) I feel like Noxus needs a true support still, as opposed to a mage/kill lane "support" like LeBlanc or Swain. Without further ado, let's get into this.
Lore: The commander of a battalion of Noxian soldiers, Marek is a presence revered on the battlefield as a true hero. To most of Noxus, power is everything. But to Marek, power is more than brute strength. Power is overwhelming numbers. Power is an unstoppable, immortal force. So Marek strives to make not only himself, but his entire battalion, give forth the aura of an unrelenting tide of conquest
Role: League's first true Noxian Support (Debilitator/CC/Empowerment)

Passive: Imposing Presence - Lower the armor and magic resist of nearby enemy champions recently affected by his attacks or abilities by 3 per level when near allied champions.
Q: Willbreaker Smash - Marek swings his maul in an arc in front of him, dealing [40/55/70/85/100(+10%maxHP) damage and dazing enemies for 1.5s. Dazed enemies move 30% slower and deal 10% less damage over the duration.
W: Skullbreaker - Marek's next basic attack deals 120/125/130/140/150% damage and stuns his target for .5s. If the enemy was dazed, this attack instead deals 140/145/150/160/170% damage and stuns the target for 1s.
E: Warcaller's Shout - Marek lets out a commanding shout, inspiring allies nearby him and giving them 15% bonus movement speed and 5/10/15/20/25(+5/100AR/MR) adaptive force for the next 5 seconds, and doubling the debuff on enemies in range for half the duration (2.5s).
R: - Death Warrant - passive: Marek converts 10% of his combined Armor and MR into attack damage. Active: Marek marks an enemy champion within 1200 range for 10 seconds. Allies gain 10/20/30% movement speed towards the marked target, and receive full kill gold for their takedown if they attacked the target within the last 3s. A marked enemy will be revealed even in stealth or brush for the duration, and will be grounded while marked as long as they've taken damage in the last 1/1.5/2s. (e.g. if the mark is placed on Akali, she will be visible even in her smokescreen. She will also be grounded if she takes damage, but if nobody's hit her in the last second or two, she can quickly E/R her way out of a team. This ultimate is a counter-assassin, single target, F- - - You In Particular sort of ability)
