Vulk - The Hextech Marvel

Primary: Tank, support. Secondary: Mage.

Melee type champion.


Passive: Flux Hextech Capacitor.

Mana regeneration also affects Health regeneration.


Q - Slug. (Cooldown: 9/7/5/4/3 secs) Cost: 5/7/9/11/13% of total health. Cannot cast if below 13% of total health. Vulk disassembles a portion of his hextech parts and launches it straight to a selected location slowing by (35/45/55/65/70%). Stops at first champion hit. (Skillshot) The Damage is proportional to the quantity of health that 'slug' contains plus (+x/y ap).

W - Hextech Bulwark. (Cooldown: 15/13/11/10/9 secs) Cost: 30/50/70/90/110 mana. Vulk shields and heals a nearby ally by 5/7/9/11/13% of his total health and mana respectively and loses the same amount of health and mana respectively. The shield lasts for 4 seconds.

E - Runic Assemble. (Cooldown: 9/7/5/4/3 secs) Cost: no cost. Vulk re-assembles himself violently in the place where 'slug' landed regainnig his missing health up to the amount of HP that 'slug' contained, plus (3% of his total mana as health plus +x/y ap) and dealing 5/7/9/11/13% of his total mana as magic Damage plus (+x/y ap) to nearby enemies.

Champions hit near the re-assembling area are knocked up and stunned for 1.5 seconds.

R - Runewar Protocol (toggle). (Cooldown: 2 seconds) Cost: consumes 30/40/50 mana per second while 'active'.

Vulk Restores 60/80/100 hp per second, up to double de amount if below 50% hp. Vulk unlocks 3 new set of empowered abilities when activated.

It also adds a small shield for the duration that absorbs up to 60/80/100 dmg for 5 seconds. this shield refreshes when 'Runewar Protocol' is toggled 'ON' or 'OFF'. Does not stack.


Runewar Protocol (mode):

Q - 88mm Slug. (Cooldown: 11/9/7/5/4 secs) Cost: 13/15/17/19/23% health and 35 mana. Vulk empowers his 'Slug' with a built in Hextech turbine, exchanging mechanical affinity for raw power. Does not slow anymore, but Reduces armor to enemies hit by (10/15/20/25/30) for 5 secs. Stops at first champion hit. (Skillshot) Damage is proportional to the quantity of health that '88mm Slug' contains. (true dmg). '88mm slug' does not heal Vulk back, but refreshes its cooldown instantly if picked within 5 secs. Does not proc with 'Runic Assemble' ability.

W - Hextech Readaptation. (cooldown: 19/17/15/13/11 secs) Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 mana. Vulk reduces damage taken by 15/30/45/60/75% and increases his mov speed by 25/30/35/40/45 for 2.5 secs.

E - Hex. (passive) Cost: no cost At 6 abilities casted (only Vulk abilities), Vulk's next 'Slug' or '88mm Slug' does not stop at first champion hit, but instead, pierces all units in its path and deals double damage. 'Runewar Protocol' does not count as one of the six casted abilities required for 'Hex' passive to proc.


Overall Skill leveling: first [Q], then [W], last [E], [R] when available.

Skill Leveling the first 4 levels: Q, E, Q, W or Q, E, W, Q.


Combo: Q, E, R (runewar protocol mode), W, Q. Combo2: R (runewar protocol mode), W, Q - R (deactivate Runewar protocol mode) Q, E.


Build:

Core: Rylais, frozen heart, boots.

optional core: Iceborn Gauntlet, Rod of Ages.

Offensive items: -Righteous, Zeke, Mejai (as support) -Zhonya's, Liandrys, Ludens.

Defensive items: -Locket, Veil, visage, deadmans, thornmail, warmog.

Situational: Athenes, abyssal.

This concept looks very very great. I would really love to play a champion like this!

I like the idea. Reminds me of a combination of Swain, Jayce, and Ryze. I do have problems with the ult though, either reduce the amount of health back per second or lower the amount of mana he has. But imagine this guy in U.R.F. [slayer-pantheon-rainbows]
