Fundamental flaws with quinns that make her overbearing
Passive rgn - shes proced that mark on me, just to have it reset on me and get another harrier shot imo there should be an internal cooldown for this, 4 seconds perhaps
Q - is outright buggy, and inconsistent, just revert it to the original blind
E - this ability....this fucking ability.....what made riot think combining a stun, mobility, damage and the ability to proc her passive into one ability was a good fucking idea, on top of this, it cant be interrupted unlike other dashes like ornn's E (even if she gets stunned mid way it will still land her to safety, which is by far one of the most broken parts about her E, imo if you use it to dash into a renekton he should be allowed to stun you mid dash and make you question your decision as your now left in melee range with no escape
R - So let me understand this correctly, not only is it hard to push her out of the lane already, since most melee vs ranged match-ups flop early, but your gonna give her a free tool to get back to the lane faster then anyone else in the game
Overall, quinn is an extremely frustrating champ for melee to fight, in fact worse then vayne to a degree due to just how overloaded her E is
