Rook, The Runic Fortress
Rook is a Chosen, not a champion. He is of my fan fiction universe, Estria. This Character belongs to the planet known as The Rift.

Rook: Old Revolae was a beautiful city thriving with young leaders and had great prospect for selected Chosen. When Nazul opened the Rift the city was doomed as well as the planet. Most living beings were either transported to another planet, killed, or retreated to the Howling Hills. Rook was the one fortress that managed to withstand The Rift-Walkers. Rook is infused with Runic and Arcanic Powers and built by the best crafter, Pilot. Pilot lives inside of the Fortress commanding Rook to do battle for him to fend off the Rift-Walkers. Rook uses his abilities to summon an endless supply of runic warriors to defend the innocent from harm. The living within Rook couldn't leave without facing the Rift-Walkers and so Rook locked his gates and closed off his top to the planet. The only escape was for Rook to make it to the gate. Rook already attempted it once but the water surrounding the peninsula was thriving with Riftlings and they destroyed the bridge leading to the gate. The council of seven selected Pilot and Rook to be apart of the Games so that their fighting capabilities were not haulted.

Passive: Runic Upgrades Rook's army gains experience as they fight and destroy minions and champions, gaining additional abilities
Q: Runic Foot Soldiers Rook releases his soldiers that deal damage in a line, Experience grants a longer range and faster engage Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds
W: Arrows From Above
Passive: Rook's archers shoot random targets prioritizing champions dealing minor damage, Experience grants arrows a slowing poison.
Active: Focuses fire on a particular Target while in range
Cooldown: 5seconds
E: Release Catapults Rook commands his catapults to fire dealing heavy damage to towers and champions if the champion is hit dead on they are stunned for 1.5 seconds, Experience grants additional Max Ammo. Cooldown: 3 seconds. Ammo 1/1/2/2/2 (3 with experience) Ammo recharge 22/20/18/16/14 seconds
R: Arcanic Knights
Releases his Knights onto a target they will proc one joust before they retreat, Experience adds faster knights and heavier damage
Cooldown: 110/100/90 seconds
