because aram is 90% luck with your team comp and 10% skill there is no way to judge how good you are at the game if you just get lucky as hell with a long range poke comp against all melee

Claiming bad teamcomp RNG invalidates ARAM ranks is roughly equivalent to claiming that "I can't climb because I always get bad teammates" invalidates SR ranks.

Reading comprehension is apparently beyond you. RNG applies to everyone*. As such, "I can't climb because I always get bad teamcomps" is essentially the ARAM-version of "I can't climb because I always get bad teammates." People who are good will climb, even if RNG occasionally screws them. Maybe it'll take more matches due to more points of randomness, but "there is no way to judge how good you are at the game" is just blatantly false.

*Assuming Riot tweaks the system for ranked, since ARAM-optimized accounts skew the RNG under the current system.

That's exaggerated. 90% RNG is way too much, even if it's purposely based on randomness. And even then, there's still enough skill to make your weight matter, this way you can still climb even though you get Eve/Udyr once in a while. In the long run, those who are better will still climb.
