Zilean rework concept.

Lets be honest. Zilean has a functioning kit already, but some parts of it are severely lacking or are just flat out bad. So i've been thinking of a concept to make him better.

"NEW" Passive: Clockwork: Casting Time bomb or Time warp on an allied champion reduces their basic ability cooldowns by 2 seconds. Can only happen once every 8 seconds per champion, casting rewind reduces this timer on all allies by half.

Reason for change: The current exp boost is barely noticable at all, and is widely considered the most boring part of Zilean's current kit. So it would be best to flat out rework it. And thematically, Zilean would be a perfect fit for a cooldown altering support

Q: Time Bomb: Same as live

W: Rewind: Zilean rewinds his basic ability cooldowns, and granting his next spell cast a bonus effect. Time Bomb: Landing a second time bomb on the same target will detonate the first one early and stun enemies around them.

Time Warp: The strength of the speed boost on ally cast is increased to 100%. And casting it on an enemy already affected by time warp will immobilize them for 2 seconds.

E: Time Warp: Increases the movement speed of an allied champion or slows an enemies movement speed by 20/30/40/50/60% for 2 seconds. "Speed / Slow numbers nerfed slightly to make room for the Rewind change of double casting"

R: Chronoshift: Same as live.

This is coming from a 4 year Zilean main, Hopefuly these changes would make Zilean a truly unique and fun pick again. Just his current kit feels lacking for an actual support kit.
