February MCCC Concept: Karoon, the Empath

This is a bit of a placeholder for now, but following the MCCC challenges, Karoon represents Lust.

Karoon, the Empath Role: Mage Secondary: Support

Passive: Empathic Link -- Whenever Karoon hits an enemy with a spell, he gains 5 percent of that character's Attack Damage and Ability Power for 5 seconds. Each spell may only grant this buff once per cast, but it stacks up to two times per champion.

Q: Vigor/Agony

W: Bliss/Despair

E: Rage/Sorrow

R: Heartbreak -- Karoon suppresses himself for 1.5 seconds while Charming an enemy champion who walks harmlessly toward Karoon. Afterward, the target takes XXX (+X%AP) magic damage and becomes stunned for 1.5 seconds, taking X% more damage from all sources while stunned. If Karoon is interrupted during the Charm, the second half of Heartbreak will not happen.
