@Riot Don't Forget Fiora's Skin Models

Hey Riot,

Good work on the base model and splash, hopefully there are more fixes to come (return her face to normal). However, hopefully you guys havent forgotten about the hair on the Nightraven and Royal Guard skins, they're still missing their bangs and don't match the current splashes. (This isn't code for redoing the splashes and making them look like ratatoille characters, please fix the models).
