Fiora's New Hair

Recently Ironstylus commented on the new hair:

"That being said, we most likely will not be moving the hair part to where it was originally. Those are geometry changes that affect the UV's of the model and it can cause some compounding issues with the model itselve and rigging that was done to add a bit of bounce to her hair (from a technical standpoint it means re-exporting/deleting animations and that can gum up the process). There were also some deliberate design choices made there that can be elaborated on in later posts."

I think it's safe to say, based on the forums and reddit dicussions, that people really don't like Fiora's new hairstyle (not to mention the rest of her face etc.). But I think as a community, we also want the new Fiora to be released at her very best. That's where all this push-back is coming from. We want her iconic hairstyle Fiora players like myself have come to love. I understand that it might be more work, but I think everyone would prefer to wait an extra week or two to get the best Fiora possible instead of having it at a lower quality a bit sooner. I really hope you guys reconsider the new hair, because the community really wants to see Fiora as she should be. We want her youthful look and her iconic bangs. Some of the splashes recently have been disappointing the community (with the new "stylistic take" on splash arts), please don't make this just another disappointment. Your community wants what's best for Fiora, please listen to us.

(Disclaimer: Her hair isn't the only issue in my opinion, just one of the more important ones I wanted to discuss here.)

TLDR: Please Riot, reconsider fixing Fiora's Hairstyle back to her iconic bangs.

Looks like Riot listened to us. I had my doubts, but Riot pulled through for us. Long live the Bangs!
