Overview: O'sek is a ranged Mage that has lots of single target damage, an easy escape, and with proper placement, a team destroying combo.

Lore: O'sek was a boy when he saved his mother from Noxian soldiers invading his village in the woods. He threw a lantern at the head of one guard, with deceptive strength: O'sek shattered the nose, jaw, and teeth of the unfortunate Noxian soldier. The second soldier was caught in the first soldiers knockback, sending them both to the ground. O'sek took pity on the soldiers, and sent them out to the doctor of the village. Since then, two more raids had come to his village, one while he was out hunting. Everyone in his village was found dead, except for his mother. So to this day, he is a wanderer, determined to find his mother, dead or alive. Some claim he is nearing 150 years of age. (I know its not a good lore LOL.)

Abilities: Q-Lantern Toss: Cooldowns: 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, Mana Costs: 65, 70, 75, 80, 90; O'sek throws a lantern to target location within 1000 units in a 300 diameter circular skill shot. After target area is selected and lantern is thrown too, all units in the area have an indication of where it will land for 0.5 seconds. The lantern will burn in target area for 2.5 seconds before exploding, or can be reactivated before that. Damage per level=70, 100, 160, 225, 250+70% AP (Cast time-0.25 seconds)

W-Heavy Lantern: Cooldowns: 14, 12, 10, 8, 7, Mana Costs: 75, 85, 95, 105, 115; O'sek lobs a large lantern that he carries on his back to target location within 750 units in a 450 diameter circular skill shot. Indicators show all units where Heavy lantern will be thrown too for 1 second. Unlike Lantern Toss, when Heavy Lantern hits the ground, it explodes instantly. If Heavy Lantern is blown up next to a Lantern Toss, the lantern will fly 700 more units to the side opposite that Heavy Lantern hit it. All units hit by the pushed Lantern Toss take 150% damage that Lantern Toss normally inflicts. If Lantern Toss is hit by Heavy Lantern, it will automatically explode after it reaches its final destination. Damage per level=100, 150, 200, 250, 300+50% AP

E-Soot Explosion: Cooldowns: 20, 16, 12, 10, 8, Mana Costs: 80, 90, 95, 100, 110; O'sek hurls a lantern right at his feet creating a field of ash where he activated it in a circle with a 800 unit diameter. All enemy targets are slowed by 20, 30, 40, 50, 60% when they step on the soot cloud. All enemy targets are blinded for 2, 2.5, 3, 3.25, 3.5 seconds if they are caught in the initial explosion of soot and for 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2 seconds if they walk on to it. Additionally, O'sek is invisible for the first two second of the soot cloud that lasts for 6 seconds on the field.

R-Lantern of Vigil: Cooldowns: 130, 100, 60, Mana Costs: 120, 135, 150; O'sek launches a large lantern with a blue flamed (400 unite diameter) to a target location within 1500 units and is teleported their on Lantern of Vigil's impact. Damage per level=100, 200, 300+100% AP

Combo Ideas: When in laning phase, a great combo would be to try to flash onto your opponent, instantly E, drop a in between you and the direction your opponent is running, and if you can, hit your opponent with the damage from your W, and the damage from your pushed Q.

When your getting a gank, try ulting onto your opponent and using your E. You'll probably burn your opponents flash, and if not, it may be an easy kill.

In team fights, ulting in to the enemy team and blinding them with you E, followed by a W-Q or an assortment of lantern tosses and heavy lanterns would be great.
